With an elastic band in the back to fit a variety of cribs, our sleep sleeves can be self-applied with NO help or assistance. We recommend you wash your sleeve once a week in our custom, Free Your Curls wash bag. This will prevent your sleeve from getting damaged and ensure optimal quality and usage.
